Proposed missions
Your mission: The Project Manager is responsible for leading and monitoring projects from their preparation to their completion. They coordinate the various stakeholders and ensure that the defined objectives in terms of quality, cost, and deadlines are met. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing projects, from studies to on-site assembly, while respecting deadlines, budgets and contractual commitments.
- Plan and monitor the progress of projects in coordination with the various departments.
- Supervise technical studies and ensure compliance with technical standards and requirements.
- Ensure follow-up of purchases, consultations and subcontractors.
- Coordinate production, transport and on-site interventions.
- Ensure financial monitoring of projects and analyze any discrepancies or additional work.
- Facilitate coordination, study and site meetings and ensure their follow-up.
- Maintain relationships with the various stakeholders in the project: clients, project managers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Reporting to project management.
Our ideal profile
Desired profile
- Bac +2 to Bac +5 in the field of construction management or timber construction.
- 4-5 years of experience as a project manager, site manager or in a similar position.
- Category B driving licence.
- Proficiency in technical software such as CADWORK and calculation software is appreciated.
- English level B1/B2 preferred.
Technical skills
- To technically analyze a project and its documents (written documents/graphic documents).
- Translating needs into technical and architectural solutions.
- To manage and coordinate technical resources, from studies to construction site.
- Negotiate with companies and monitor their actions.
- Mastering the writing of documents and reports.
