Plan & Mock-up Design

The Design Office transforms each calculation into detailed execution plans, ready for manufacturing and construction. It is the essential link between engineering and production.

Missions

  • Execution plans — detailed drawings of each part, assembly by assembly, with manufacturing dimensions and tolerances
  • 3D/BIM modeling — complete digital model of the project integrating timber structure, connectivity and interfaces with other trades
  • Workshop layouts — numerical control files for CNC machining centers, optimization of cuts and machine programs
  • Installation plans — assembly documents for site teams, parts identification, assembly sequence and fixing details
  • Daily work with Cadwork, AutoCAD and Revit, in constant contact with the Structural Calculation Department and the production workshops
