In Fighera, a wooden residential tower: Villa Carmelha

Construction in an urban center, in a seismic zone, on a steep site in the immediate vicinity of the coastline of a 47-meter residential tower, massive integration of wood in the structure and core.
Energy hub with reversible fuel cell.

Nine-story building resting on a concrete base, with a 100% wood frame and facades.

Crane-free construction: a first in Europe applied to a timber construction of this scale. A 130-tonne “umbrella” system has been installed which secures the construction site, limits noise, reduces environmental impact and accelerates overall execution as well as the synchronization of the different trades.
