Reporting to the engineering director, Amandine PAULIN, the QHSE manager is responsible for the implementation and management of the company’s QHSE policy.<\/p>\n
The mission will be structured around several axes, detailed below in a non-exhaustive manner:<\/p>\n
Safety, prevention and risk management:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Identify, assess and prevent occupational risks related to the activity<\/p>\n Carry out the documentary, institutional and regulatory management of security: Single Document, Contacts with organizations.<\/p>\n Ensuring the safety of external stakeholders: prevention plans, welcome booklets, welcome register<\/p>\n Ensuring employee safety: PPE management, marking of hazardous areas, training, prevention\u2026<\/p>\n Identify, assess and prevent occupational risks related to the activity<\/p>\n Conduct accident\/incident analysis, write reports, implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.<\/p>\n Establish and maintain internal communication and controls: Patrols, security audits, periodic communication, and visual management.<\/p>\n Organize evacuation drills.<\/p>\n Monitor the proper completion of mandatory training courses (electrical authorization, first aid, working at heights, CACES, overhead crane operator, etc.)<\/p>\n Ensure that installations, machines and equipment comply with regulations.<\/p>\n Develop a safety culture among all staff.<\/p>\n Develop and maintain a security plan for the company.<\/p>\n Managing chemical risks: SDS management, REACH, chemical containment\/handling<\/p>\n Managing fire risk: Contacting organizations, managing fire equipment, training<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Quality :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Develop, implement and update the quality management system (QMS) adapted to our activity.<\/p>\n Supervise quality control of raw materials, finished products and manufacturing processes.<\/p>\n Organize internal quality audits, write reports and manage corrective action plans.<\/p>\n Ensure compliance with current standards and certifications (FSC, PEFC, CE, CTB, Bois de France\u2026) and monitor regulatory developments applicable to our field of activity.<\/p>\n Participate in the management of customer complaints and the resolution of non-conformities.<\/p>\n Structuring working methods and supporting internal processes<\/p>\n To lead and implement continuous improvement across all services<\/p>\n Develop a culture of quality among all staff.<\/p>\n Qualify subcontractors and contribute to the drafting of specifications.<\/p>\n Monitor and manage customer and supplier disputes, establish a corrective action plan and ensure the effectiveness of the actions taken.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Environment<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n To ensure the management of environmental issues.<\/p>\n Define and implement an environmental policy aimed at limiting the ecological impact of our activities (waste management, emission reduction, choice of sustainable materials, etc.)<\/p>\n Ensure compliance with local and national environmental regulations.<\/p>\n Raising awareness among teams about environmental issues and biodiversity<\/p>\n Communicating with relevant organizations and ensuring good relationships<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Hygiene<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Ensure compliance with hygiene protocols in the workshop and on construction sites (cleanliness of premises, waste management, air quality control, etc.).<\/p>\n Implement and manage various actions related to hygiene and working conditions<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Group communication<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Key contact person with the group<\/p>\n Participation in group meetings on CSR topics<\/p>\n Complete the deliverables requested by the group<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Animation and training:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Design and organize regular training sessions on QHSE procedures, adapted to all members of the company.<\/p>\n Energize meetings and awareness workshops to encourage active participation and develop a shared QHSE culture.<\/p>\n Supporting the integration of new employees by introducing them to QHSE procedures and ensuring follow-up on their training.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n You have a qualification in the field of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ideally, you have already supervised or managed a team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n You are used to communicating with relevant organizations and authorities such as the DREAL, the CARSAT or other regulatory bodies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n You are proficient in the preparation, monitoring and execution of audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ideally, you have worked on an industrial site subject to authorization or falling under ICPE regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n You are recognized for your rigor, your organizational skills and your ability to unite teams around QHSE issues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
